MOUNT EVEREST:-"HIGHEST MOUNTAIN"
Most of us know that Mt Everest is the tallest mountain in the world. Many travel down, from all over the world to climb on it, craving to achieve the victory of climbing the TALLEST MOUNTAIN of the world.It is four times the height of Australia's Mount Kosciuszko and nearly twice that of Mount Blanc. But there are few mountains which are even taller than Mt Everest.

This mountain has an altitude of 4,205 m. This is much curtailed than Mount Everest. But this is found in an island in Hawaii. If we measure its height from the nearby ocean floor it measures more than 10,000 m when compared to the 8,848 m of Mt Everest.

2.MOUNT CHIMBORAZO:-" HIGHEST ABOVE EARTH'S CENTER"
This mountain measures only 6,310 m in altitude, which is very low when compared to Mt Everest and Mt Mauna Kea, which are much taller. But Chimborazo has the dissemblance as of being the preeminent mountain above the Earth's center.
REASON- Earth is not a perfect sphere. It is actually an OBLATE SPHEROID, meaning that it is wider near the Equator and flatter at the poles. Mt Chimborazo is situated 1 degree south of the Equator, making it 2 km taller than Mt Everest.
