     To stay healthy and happy is the one thing each one wants to know and to be, in their life. There are so many easy ways to do this.    PAY ATTENTION TO EATING HEALTHY:

     Our eating habits play a major role in our living healthy and happy. Try to add lots of water fresh green vegetables, legumes and seed, nuts and fruits in your diet. As for ANIMAL PROTEIN  try to reduce the intake of fatty red meats. Even if it is fish or white meat - the smaller the better.

    ALWAYS STAY ACTIVE:

     Together with a healthy regular diet one needs to do some king of physical activity. Engage yourselves in daily work-outs like walking and light exercising. Adding on to  this, one has to be very active in other jobs too. This increases your longevity of life and health.

     GET HIGH QUALITY SLEEP:

     This is a most important thing -SLEEP. This has always been over looked and taken for granted. High quality sleep plays an important role to have a normal and healthy body and mind. Our body and mind get recharged while in deep sleep. One needs a minimum of 8 hrs go good sound sleep Reduce the time you spend before the TV, and have a comfortable sound sleep.
     

   AVOID THE WORST VICE:

     Above all, some unwanted habits must be totally stopped completely for having a wonderful life. Try to avoid SMOKING AND DRINKING ALCOHOL. When both of these killers are removed from the scene then, we are sure to add on a few more healthy years in our life.

    STAY SOCIAL , BE WITH THE PEOPLE YOU LOVE:

       Confinement leads to despondency. To avoid this we must entertain. Those of us who make it a point to be with our family and friends undoubtedly live for more happy years. We have to go beyond our family and friends and try to reach out to the society where we can get more. Do interesting things for the society - things which makes you feel happy right down in the heart. 

    HOLD ON TO YOUR INNER CHILD:

     One more way to rejuvenate ourselves. Think back about our younger age when we had more spark, excitement and innocence. Recall often to remain young and healthy.

    SHOW KINDNESS:

     Sharing love and being kind to others is an important factor to keep us happy. Try to do and be as helpful as possible to others. This gives us an intimate satisfaction which is very important for our life.

    MANAGE STRESS COMPETENTLY:

     Stress is the main factor which has been proven to be a silent killer. But stress seems inevitably present day in and day out of our lives. Try and find ways by which you can manage them efficiently. Sometimes doing - YOGA, MEDITATION, PAINTING, DRAWING, WRITING etc have proven to relieve you from stress.

    ENTWINE IN BELIEF:

     To being religious is a very confidential thing. But it has been proven that those who are involved in SPIRITUALITY & BELIEF leads a longer and happier life. Spirituality gives us a positive energy.This in-turn gives us a fulfilled life, not only to you but to the people around you as well.

   FEEL GRATITUDE:

     Sharing love and bing kind to others is an important factor to keep us happy.Try to do and be as helpful as possible to others. This gives an intimate satisfaction, which is important for a happy life.

   FULLY LIVE EACH MOMENT:

     Life is very precious. We must learn to live each and every moment of them to the fullest. Try to do things that you have always wanted to do and enjoy it every second.
